For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the supporter's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the supporter. The information we collect is used to notify supporters about updates to our Web site.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending email to us at the above address and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our organization.

Our policy is NOT to share any personal information with any organization, corporation or government entity. This includes name, address, email address, cookie information, contribution amounts, and any other specific information.

In the event that Change the Climate ceases to function as a 501c3 non-profit organization or as an independent entity, we will inform our email subscribers and they will have the option to have their personal information deleted or shared with any successor organization. In that event, subscribers and/or donors will be asked for written or emailed permission to receive information from another organization.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. You may receive periodic mailings from us with information on programs and developments or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending email to us at the above address. Please provide us with your exact name and address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information on this issue.

If you believe you have made contribution to us in error and would like a refund, please contact us and we gladly return your gift.
